Melanie Marmer is the worst. She was a friend or colleague of my ex-husband ‘s lawyer, and while I was going through the divorce she was making friendly conversations, laughing and spending more time at his table than at mine, in the court room. That would not have been so bad if she would have filed for alimony or support for me,as I had asked her to do multiple times. I was not working at the time and the ex was making six figures. By the time I figured out she was not filing for support in a timely manner on my behalf. I fired her and had to get another lawyer. By then it was too late for any support. Maria Delgado is a very good lawyer and was able to get me a small settlement. Melanie Marmer is not recommended unless you know her, and even then I doubt you could find anyone worse.
Horrible lawyer. I do not recommend for a criminal case.
