The worst law firm you can ever hire!!! I had a case that I could of beaten many years ago in 2013 and instead of Michael kushner doing exactly what he was being paid to do (fight my case) instead he allowed the correction officers to get away with almost killing me and also we were suppose to go to trial and instead he lied to me about him coming to visit me in the county to practice for trial with questions and answers. And not only that, he talked me into taking an illegal plea deal that made sure I can’t appeal my case!!! If you hire him, best believe he’s only there for the money and probably favors from the district attorney
Michael you are a fraud and the biggest liar ever … you took money from me and never filed any paperwork in court … excuse after excuse.. your house flooded, you changed offices, you have Covid, your wife, your niece..etc. always some personal issues. You took the case 6 years ago and did nothing but lie ! What you did is beyond criminal and I will deal with you accordingly!! Sad thing is this is your M.O. and you have done the same thing to other people!!! Be mindful about hiring this man and giving him any money! He lies way too much !!!!
