I would like to thank Jacoby & Myers NY for responding to a unusual call from my brother. My mom is 85 years old and suffers from Alzheimer’s. Her short term memory is terrible but her long term memory is amazing. My mom remembers a commercial from many years ago from Jacoby & Myers and often jokes with her kids and caregivers that she will call Jacoby & Myers if we injure her. This has become a daily joke with our entire family. The fact that my mom remembers this commercial and the fact that Jacoby & Myers is still around all these years later speaks volumes for this firm. My brother called Jacoby & Myers and asked for a T-shirt to be sent to our mom after explaining the story. Not only did they send my mom a T-shirt but they also mailed her a letter with a few other Jacoby & Myers pieces of merchandise. My mom laughed so hard and has been smiling ever since. Jacoby & Meyers law firm was AMAZING !! I had long case that was long due to Covid. 6 years they was handling my case and fought to the end and wouldn’t settle anything less. The whole staff from the paralegals to lawyers answered every question. And trust me I had a lot ! I love Mrs Schnall she is an outstanding lawyer. Very professional, compassionate.
