This is good law firms I give them that they represent me in the past and was happy with the service they provided to me,but their customer representatives when you call to get information about a case is trash these people are disrespectful asf I’m not sure why they have them answering calls and speak on behalf of the firm I spoke to 2 of their representatives male and female and them 2 should not be near a phone at least one should be a janitor the other somewhere in the back room organizing documents or cleaning the break room but definitely away from public but this is America we mostly don’t put people where they belong cause we do have a shortage of competent candidates so as long someone fill out an application they basically hired
