What started out as positive turned into a negative.
I spoke with April about a matter and it wasn’t the kind of case she handled. I was stuck by how warm and lovely she was, how she listened and helped anyway. She even took time to recommend some colleagues. If myself or anyone I know needs a real estate lawyer, I would recommend her just based on that experience.
My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Apryl’s services. She represented us recently when we bought an apartment and was–truly–the single saving grace of an otherwise horrific experience. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood all of the technicalities of the process, never hesitating to jump on the phone at a moment’s notice. She was extremely patient with our many questions sent via email, and consistently sent clear and detailed responses (they were often immediate.) Most of all, we appreciated Apryl’s wit–real estate in New York is brutal, and anyone who can infuse some fun into the process is worth their weight in gold. Apryl is the best, “hands” down.
