We started out in an OK place but there was a definite spiral during the purchase process. Some thoroughness and attentiveness from the admin in the beginning, but once that person was no longer available, we found ourselves making multiple calls and emails to try and get information and help. The seller’s side made multiple rebuttals and extreme requests. It’s unfortunate since the buyer was a senior. There was no fight or negotiation at all. Once the purchase was over, responses to our outreach lessened even more.
