I started a retainer with Jay Heinrich in 2014. He visited me mohawk correctional facility At first he was a responsible attorney very reliable. This October will make it 10 years and I have not heard or seen my attorney every time I call his office And his secretary would always give me an excuse. He’s in a meeting. He’s on vacation excuse after excuse after excuse, that’s all they kept doing was giving me the runaround for all this time Now My calls go straight to voicemail. He sent me a message last year through text message and said I will get in touch with you after the holidays, I haven’t heard from him since he sent me that last text message I advise everybody never do business with jay’s law group because it seems like they are scam artists
