“I hired Mr Paone to represent me in a real estate transaction. While I initially felt confident in his experience, my experience with his office was ultimately disappointing. Mr Paone consistently failed to respond to my emails and phone calls, which made it difficult to keep track of important deadlines and progress. Specifically, I requested information about a survey for the property and never received a response until the day of the closing .He hires his own vendors and don’t give you the opportunity to check or hire your own .This lack of communication caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety.Additionally, Lisa was very rude over the phone and very unprofessional .I would not recommend this office for future real estate transactions. If google have 0 star I will rate them .
