Don’t bother calling if you don’t have life threatening injuries or a slam dunk case. This law firm only wants to cherry pick the easiest, least labor intensive cases. I was attacked and bitten 3 times by a dog in a customers house and since my injuries weren’t “life/loss of limb threatening, they refused to take the case. Mind you, I had used this firm in the past for a couple car accident cases. I suppose they are too big to help the little guy anymore
