I wanna give more stars because the customer service, aside from when it’s bad, is for the most part good. But sometimes when you call the office one of the two ladies that are receptionist is extremely, uncalled for RUDE! Although by the end of the call it’s usually resolved, sometimes the attitude or the tone of the demeanor is just really unpleasant to get through the conversation!But the other lady has always been pretty easy and helpful during the call. And as for Roger, he was a public defender for the case, so maybe that has a lot to do with it, but I guess I just wasn’t crazy impressed. But then again not totally disappointed! He was always extremely hard to get a hold of in case of urgent emergencies! So make sure you make your appointment to talk to him.
