I was charged and arrested for DUI and immediately contacted the New Mexico Legal Group and hired Cynthia Payne as my attorney. Cynthia and her Paralegal Jessica Toward were always very responsive to my questions and the legal process. On the day of my trial Cynthia met with the DA and presented a motion to the Judge to suppress the arresting officers testimony for lack of providing all requested and required evidence in my case. The DA rebutted, but this is where Cynthia’s legal expertise really shined – she cited the issues, the law and out classed the DA with her knowledge and legal citing’s. The Judge granted her motion and my case was dismissed. Having Cynthia as my attorney was the best decision I could have made and I am recommending her to any family and friends who may need her services in the future.
