The Third Judicial District Atty in Las Cruces, New Mexico, has faced significant criticism from the community regarding their handling of cases and communication with the public. Many reviewers express frustration over the perceived lack of responsiveness and support from the office, highlighting issues such as unreturned calls and inadequate customer service. Despite these challenges, some commenters appreciate the functional website, suggesting that improvements could be made in staff training and victim assistance to better serve the community.
I’ve just seen an unhinged 18 year old on a YouTube video DV her parents, police called out multiple times. She’d taken 7 zanax and again her parents called the police when the woman became combative and assaulted two cops and head-butted one. They had a terrible time restraining her, putting her in a full strap. She was charged with two serious assaults and resisting arrest and your prosecution office dismissed all charges. How disgusting! is this how you want people to get away with treating the police force in your town? What kind of message are you showing? You should be ashamed!
Just a heads up. This is the address for a scam being pressed pretty hard in Portland, OR. Our cops have quietly quit. Let’s see what yr cops think about having their address as part of the scam.
Working with the Dona Ana DAs office has been a joke to say the least ! From loosing my daughter’s case to accusing the detective of not submitting the file even though the detective had proof that the case was submitted. Resubmitting the case for a second time and waiting and waiting and no one knows anything or can provide you with updates. Calls are never returned and staff has terrible customer service. Dealing with anything NM has been a disaster. Texas was able to assist us and provide protective orders in less than 30 days when Dona Ana would not even file one after we asked for one. What kind of circus is being ran over there at the DAs office ? Unfortunately the public are the only ones that suffer , what a shame.
