Molly was truly great. She had empathy and understanding for my case and my needs in defending my rights to father my son. She was there for me both efficiently and effectively in a time of deep need. I’m truly grateful for her and New Mexico Legal Group for being in my corner. Thank you so much Molly.
It won’t let me edit my review anymore. So, I’ll write an additional one. Yay, my other review reached 500 views! Keep it going, Google! Oh, and my lawsuit has been promoted to Federal Court now. I’m suing for $0, and instead a confession, because it is the principle of the thing.
I retained NM Legal Group-Las Cruces in June 2023. They changed my attorney from Bailey to Kester and back to Bailey again. My paralegal was Eunice Calderazzo. Their failure to communicate with me, each other, and the court caused so many delays in finalizing the case. On multiple occasions I found that Eunice didn’t follow up or submit required documents to the court and/or financial institution and then lied about it. Further, I had to contact the Albuquerque office to get the unused portion of my trust fund refunded to me because the Las Cruces office kept asking me for money when THEY owed me. I finally received my refund in 2025 thanks to Kim Royal who apologized for “the severe lack of response.”
