Best attorney in town for child custody cases. If you want someone who won’t quit, fights for you, plays hard ball when it comes to dealing with co-parents that are narcissistic, alcoholics and have a substance abuse this is the office for you. If you want a attorney that won’t fight for you then another place is for you
Great personal service
I dont like to leave negative reviews but unfortunately i think its necessary in this case. If I could give zero stars I would. Mr Bates’s assistant is incredibly rude and condescending when asking the most basic questions. Its obvious she does NOT want to be bothered in any way. Unfortunately, you have to speak to her in order to have any contact with Mr. Bates. I could not believe how rude she was from the moment she picked up the phone. Mr Bates himself I would rate a “fair.” Unfortunately, I do not live in the area and randomly got his information from NM board of law to help with my parents estate. I would not recommend this group and would highly suggest looking elsewhere – there has to be easier people to deal with in the area.
