If I could give minus stars I would. This attorney had the nerve to tell me he would not request bond on behalf of my son due to needing medical treatment and when asked what would happen if my sons wound got infected he stated it would be a civil suit. So my son has to basically risk losingbhis arm or dying for me to take action ??? Then when I asked him why he wouldn’t want to try to prevent that he stopped the conversation. I guess he thought I would accept his lame answers and go away. I don’t understand how someone who is obligated to defend someone would go out of their way to do the opposite of that. He lied to the judge and said he had spoken with my son which is not true at all. Public defender or not. An attorney is given special privilege to defend someone for a reason not to work against them. You can tell this man does not care for being in the position he is in and it’s probably way past the time for him to retire.
