We had an issue with a contractor,,, They took my case & won my case hands down. Will continue to use them.in any future problems. Thank You Pool Law Firm
This is the best law firm that I know of. I do not understand the ratings that are different than 5 stars. Wes is a super experienced attorney in both Texas and New Mexico. His paralegal Amy is the best. She definitely knows her stuff. Wes runs his business top notch and has always had the highest of standards. In a courtroom, I’ve never seen anyone just work more honest and genuine and both judge and jury are very responsive to that. He is a wonderful attorney that represents his clients to the fullest extent.
If I could give a zero rating trust I would!! My husband called the legal assistant that works for Wesley Owen Pool before scheduling an appointment with him, and the legal assistant tried to deter us from pursuing a case by mentioning a merger doctrine before even hearing our case(merger doctrine because there was a breach in contract). But then said that we can go ahead and come in for a consultation. During the appointment, he was going on long tangents about random stuff and barely talked about our case. He then told us that he knew the person that we were trying to sue since he was seven years old, so he failed to tell us it would be a conflict of interest and still took our money even though he wasted our time! He took all of our documents and said to give him a few days to go through our documents and to talk to Wesley about our case. Instead he called us back in three hours to say that the merger doctrine is alive and well here in New Mexico, but then we found out that they were all old cases and nothing relevant. We figured that he didn’t even discuss our case with Wesley, and that he was trying to protect his friend. We are disgusted with how we were misled, and upset for feeling lied to. We will NEVER be going back to this law firm, and will NEVER be referring this law firm to anyone.
