This review is reflected on the Staff. When ask about Probate services from Mr Chavez’ paralegal, she gave me the runaround on the phone for almost 2 weeks without an answer if Mr Chavez would take my case. After a week she still did not review my case online. She never returned a phone call to me. I would call and my wife would call on a regular basis to see if she spoke to Mr Chavez. She was nice on the phone but always had excuses to end the phone call. She said today 11 Oct 2024 Mr Chavez has other commitments. Why did it take this long, she should of told me this right sway and I would have moved on. Mr Chaves was a referral from Greg BACA’s attorney office. I lost almost 2 weeks of waiting. I really believe she never spoke to Mr Chavez. Well at this point its very upsetting as a potential client. Again I lost 2 weeks of waiting. Nobody gets the respect anymore….I’m sure Mr Chavez is a very good attorney but I want Mr Chavez to know this interaction with his staff.
