This law firm said it was not interested in my medical malpractice case, and I asked why. Ernest Fronzuto was apparently not happy that I dared to ask this question, so he had his secretary call me under the guise that he was going to take my case. This came at a time when I was devastated by permanent injury done to my right foot, so needless to say, I cleared my schedule and spent over an hour preparing for the “meeting” by typing up notes and a time line. When the day and time of my phone appointment came, Mr. Fronzuto called me, and gave me a lecture as to why my case was not “practical.” This lecture included the accusation that I was only persuing a law suit because of the potential financial gain, as well as his disdain for me in general. To make matters worse, Mr. Fronzuto attempted to frame the call as if he had taken the time to personally explain the flaws in my case because he cared about me- though it was clear that he was exercising his position of power, and he was annoyed that I had dared to question his decision.
