Use with caution!!! My husband and I met with Gary a month ago for a consultation which included a consultation fee. We discussed our needs with Gary and came up with a plan of action. I was actually willing to pay the retainer for his services at the end of the consult but Gary told me to wait for the official fee agreement which I respected. However, the fee agreement never came. When I reached out via email and phone call I was told he was busy and would try to get back to me by the end of the week. That time never came and after 3 weeks on what he advised me was an urgent matter I had to seek other representation. Had I known he didn’t have time for my case I would have never wasted my $350 consultation fee on him and jeopardize my case due to the delay.
