In my opinion, this guy is unethical and creates more problems than he solved. He also drags his feet and wastes time, so he can charge you more. And he will charge you a lot! He’s desperate for cash especially after his ex-wife left him for and old high school boyfriend she found again on Facebook. I’ll let him tell you the story, and he’s gonna tell you ALL about it. My folks felt sorry for him after leaving his office. In the end, the documents he finally gave my folks were generic and looked like something off Legalzoom.com. We ended up having to get another Estate attorney to create new documents. After receiving the new documents, the attorney explained how the original documents, created by Frank Sahaj, would have created more problems, not less if we had needed them. It cost us a lot of money to learn the lesson, but we ultimately avoided a nightmare that would have occurred at a very difficult time. Having documents the effectively and efficiently handled my parents last wishes, allowed us to focus on the wakes and funerals, and moving through our loss, when those times came. Choose you attorney carefully. Just because his office is in Westfield, it doesn’t mean he knows what he’s doing.
