I used Lyons and Associates for my estate planning documents. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with, their fees were reasonable, and the turn-around time was excellent. I highly recommend them. They truly are the lighthouse in your storm.
Lara DiFabrizio represented me on a VASPA matter and was fantastic! Lara is an ex-judge and experienced attorney who is equally well-versed in the law and courtroom strategy. She guided me through every step of the process and pointed out things I hadn’t thought of, which really helped my case.
I definitely do not recommend this firm, as a business owner I always give the full price in an estimate and break it down clearly, they handled a small case for me and I feel subcontracted it to a lawyer who called me a few times and did minimal work filing a paper on the computer and was told not to fight the case just pay it , so they did nothing for me, they got a 2,500.00 retainer then a month later are telling me I owe them over 2,000.00 more, I would never use or recommend them, it seems they do not really handle business cases, it was just not fair the way it was handled.
