Every 1 Star review in here is 100% accurate. Upon hiring this firm to work out a case with impersonation of us on Facebook, we sent them a $3000 retainer fee for 10 hours worth of work. They sent a few cease and desist letters to the person, as well as a few “legal” emails to Meta, both which got absolutely no where. Seeing as the Facebook issue was a dead end, I figured maybe we could work on expunging something from my record. However, after not being able to receive the proper paperwork they needed to see, they told me that they were probably better off not handling the expungement and advised I go elsewhere for that. So after asking to receive a portion of the retainer back (because there is no possible way that they spent 10 hours doing anything) Andie said he would talk to Corinne about it and I have not heard anything back in months. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling. My next step will be to go to the office myself, or hire another lawyer to get it back. I’d gladly spend more money just so that they do not get to keep my retainer for solving nothing.
