Joseph was the most knowledgeable person I dealt with in my home buying experience. Not only did he go above in his duties as my lawyer, making sure we were protected and got everything out of the deal we should of but he also knew what my realtor and mortgage broker should be doing at all times also, sometimes better than them. Joe and Marian are the absolute best; 10 out of 10. Joe is one of the nicest and most personable attorneys that I have ever met. It was my first home purchase and Joe walked me through every step. He stood in my corner and represented me extremely well! He did everything and anything to help protect me throughout the process, even when dealing with a very difficult situation. He maintained his professionalism at all times and his knowledge is second to none. During Covid, everything was a bit more difficult, but it never seemed to be with Joe and Marian. Marian was also amazing and helping answer all questions and extremely quick. All documents were sent electronically, fast, and sent where needed to be. She also made the process so extremely smooth and easy. I thought buying a house would be more difficult, but between Joe and Marian, it was by far the easiest process!
