Richard Pepsny Stole $2400 from my family for a loan modification that he never made. After sending in four payments of $600, he did nothing. He constantly changed telephone numbers and bounced you around, calls or emails are never returned. After finally reaching him one day, he did agree to refund my money to me. He sent me a refund of $400, and that was the last money I ever saw from him. He emailed me over a year ago asking me to contact him to “discuss my refund”. Screw You! There’s nothing to discuss. Just send me the balance of the money YOU STOLE from me. You have my address.
