Jenny helped us review contracts, communicate with lenders, collect permits, and close on our first home. She and her team has been very responsive from the beginning, always available whenever I have questions. She also helped communicate with the loan underwriter when there were some confusions regarding my immigration status in the US, and eventually cleared out those confusions and we successfully secured a loan. She also showed a great sense of accountability, responding to my emails outside of the working hours when there were complications with our deposit to the escrow account. It has been a seamless process working with Jenny and her team on our case.
