Clients consistently express their trust in Scott’s expertise, recommending him for his exceptional service and commitment to their cases.
A few years back I retained Scott for some very serious way over exaggerated charges…2nd degree. He was able to fight back a prosecutors team that wanted to hang me because of my record, and get the very serious charges dropped. I ended with a plea agreement that would include time served and probation. After serving a little over half of my sentence on probation I retained Scott again to vacate and terminate the probation early. He was successful in terminating my probation. Within 2 13:00-2 years I went from being in jail facing 10 years to time served after 4 months and 4 years probation and finishing probation way early. Scott can be trusted, he under promises and over delivers. He’s worth the money. You pay for what you get and what you get is a guy who is on top of his game. Highly recommended!!!
Scott Wilhelm is an amazing attorney. He has helped my family with a few issues over the years and we are pleased to always recommend his services. He is kind and respectful and always gets a great outcome. Thank you again for your help!
When the whole purpose for hiring him is to fight a trial of defending myself after being punched. He had a confession, a witness, and video and his whole fight was to not fight. Didn’t say a word in anyway to reason, or other proof. I wasn’t allowed to testify and was nevereven asked. So if the courts and my attorney all know I’m not testifying even though he didn’t have permission to make that decision. He wouldn’t fight and didnt allow me to either. So he just stole the money he was paid specifically to fight this trial!
