My name is Ikechukwu Adighimadu, my mom went for her first interview and passed both the civic and oral test, the interview was unsatisfied with be spelling and decided to not pass for the writing test that didn’t have to be 100% well written. She was scheduled for a second interview, however my mom was unable to attend the interview on that date because she had undergone various surgeries including a pace maker implant, a total knee replacement and an acute acid reflux problem at that time, so I called to reschedule an interview and was issued a service request # for her case, then her case we later received an email stating that she was scheduled for a reinterview on December 4th with no time and without receiving a receipt from USCIS.

Muy mal servicio! Bad service hire someone else please! My father case was transferred to this lawyer office and then his visa was denied. I called and emailed asking what was the steps for his waiver since July and guess what he never called or emailed me back. Lawyer Pollack didn’t care at all!
