Very big dissatisfaction and disappointment!!! Overcharging me , double charging me… comunication with lady is very bad. I just feel like the just want to rob me…

The case intake person answering the phone was very much rude and basically said we didn’t have enough money to proceed with the firm and that we should reach out to legal assistance, not knowing anything about income. Once we made it clear that we have enough funds she switched and said they don’t take child support cases. Very weird and unprofessional.

I am so grateful for Brad and his staff. I contacted Brads office at my wits end over an escalating court battle I am facing. have a very convoluted legal matter which in playing out with interrelated matters in different courts. Carmen did intake right away and had Brad scheduled to talk to me almost immediately.
