I’ve known Dan for over 25 years, my first console with him was very straight forward and to the point. He’s a no nonsense attorney, and I respect that. There are good attorneys, there are great attorneys and then there’s Dan Perskie. The reason I say this is because he has not forgotten that he is a human being before he is an attorney. When I was 20 something years old (close to 25 years ago) he got me out of a jam with a mayor Credit Card Company, which didn’t want to honor paying for a loss that I had suffered with a rental car, that was declared as a total loss due to an accident. The Car Rental Co. was about to sue me for this (around $20K), because the credit card company had lead me to believe that they fully insured the vehicle as long as paid for it with the card, and then they refused to pay, and I had no means to pay for the damages. Thank God then I met Dan, he told me not to worry, that he would take care of it……a couple of weeks later I get a letter in the mail from the credit card company, saying that they would pay the car rental company and I was off the hook, just like that. I went to Dan to pay for his services, and he would not take a dime from me. He did this for FREE, yes free!!!!! Needless to say he became my go to guy with any legal matters I’ve had ever since; and apart from the business this guy opened the doors to his home to me and my family. I will never ever forget him, for he is one of the best human beings I have ever met. This world would be a much better place if half of us were to be like Dan. This is a loooong overdue review, buts it’s better late than never.
