We were originally assigned William Wackowski, but later told Chris Pollard would represent my husband. If Chris Pollard is assigned to your case—ask for someone else immediately. He was unresponsive, unprepared, and dismissive throughout the entire process. He rarely communicated with us, didn’t advocate in court, and gave vague or unhelpful answers when we had questions. At one point, after meeting us, he still didn’t remember our case and even asked, “Wait, what is the last name and what happened in your case again?”—completely unprofessional because he had JUST met him. I cannot believe the experience we had with him even after we mentioned how something like this going on my husbands record could cause him to lose his job & career most importantly. We were not taken seriously.
I had Paul as my attorney, His services were excellent. He is really experienced and confident in his abilities. His results speaks for himself. I was nervous about my case but he made sure everything resulted in my best benefits. I would not hesitate to rehire him as my lawyer.
