Chad Hooker was referred to my fiance by a coworker. He was supposed to help my fiancé with a child custody case..we end up helping ourselves. He was late to cases. He didn’t help one bit. I felt so bad for my fiancé who paid lawyer fees and still has yet to see his son. He paid for this unprofessional person that calls himself a lawyer. Do not hire him. Run dont walk. Find another firm if you know what’s right for you.
I usually do my research on any company before investing my money but I trusted the referral for this law firm. Initial phone call was very promising so I immediately sent over my retainer fee and documents. After that it was downhill. I had to do all the outreach and follow up. I NEVER received an email or phone in reference to my case unless I reached out. I actually obtained what I needed without the help of the law office. I’m not even sure the effort was put forth to do what was asked. A big fraud and stole my money. And once I received what I initially hired them to do, I reached back out further assistance and still couldn’t get the help. What was I thinking!!? But no worries, I will definitely do my research on how to report this office for not doing their job and I have my paper trail to support it all. It’s a shame you can’t support your own people in the community. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. All the positive ratings on Google are probably are fraud just like the firm.
Asked if I would pay $100 as soon as I got on the phone. I said “hello are you guys taking new clients regarding tenant vs landlord matters”. before even asking for more information or anything similar, I was asked to pay money. Very untrustworthy
