Worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. I was relying on him to take care of my case but he didn’t even seem to care at all and wanted to do the bare minimum. His advertisement clearly states in capitalized letters that there will be “No insurance surcharge. So what happens? My insurance increased by $100! Not only did I have to pay over $2,000 in restitution and court fines/fees and it was enough that the police charged me with 5 tickets and threatened to give me points for a “Bicycle accident” No motor vehicle was present. I paid this lawyer almost $300 and I made it clear that it was a bicycle accident and he even agreed it was absurd but then when he amended my ticket, it went on my record as I was operating a car! On top of that when, when I spoke with him he stressed that the court would never extend my monthly payments to 1 year and that it had to be paid in 3 months. I talk to the judge and he extended my payment plan to 1 year. The only thing he did was remove the points but that did not make a difference at all because it went on my record as a car and increased my insurance triple so it would just be the same as having points.
best attorney’s office in new jersey, they helped me beat my case. they told me that my case would get dismissed and they got my case dismissed && expunged. i really recommend going to them if you need an attorney. THEY ARE THE BESTTT!!!!
