I was injured at work in 2015, Mr.Ricciadelli responded quickly to my request to review my injuries. That was the ONLY TIME he responded quickly. There was never a time where I called the office after the initial meeting where I was able to speak Mr.Ricciardelli or get any answer about anything from his Staff.
