Today’s market is not a very friendly place for a buyer. I wanted to at least feel comfortable and secure with who I chose as my lawyer. I decided to go to the most important people in my life (my mom and dad) to ask for recommendations. They each spoke so very highly of the person that was their lawyer for all their home purchases after the divorce, and told me to do whatever it takes to retain her. I thought it was just a coincidence that both of them used a woman name Marcy, but come to find out they were both talking about the exact same person!
