I’ve know Zach since law school and he is one of the most talented lawyers I know. I once had an issue with a lease agreement and I immediately thought of Zach. Zach gave me candid advice and helped me resolve my issues in short order. He is truly a passionate advocate for his clients.
I reached out to Zach when my wife and I had a dispute with our former landlord who was coming after us for a lot of money that we didn’t think we owed. We used Gotlib Law to close on our first home in East Brunswick NJ. They were incredible at guiding us through the home buying process and had an incredible attention to detail. They were able identify and recoup costs associated with removing an oil tank from the property and fixing the landscaping. They were also super responsive to our questions and explained everything with very clear detail. Highly recommended!
