Every person at this company even the managers are dumb as rocks. Getting any information or help is next to impossible. Just got off the phone requesting the info I need to make a payment online and the girl Johanna legit couldn’t even do that, nor transfer me to a manager. I’ve been calling since February and every time I talk to someone the story is different. The absolute worst!
They don’t care to work with you and had no customer service skills . Asking invasive questions that isn’t a debt collectors business. Don’t bother emailing them because they won’t respond . They don’t call back to back but they will send papers that they are sueing you in a heartbeat.
Don’t bother trying to work with this “law firm” – Their customer service is abhorrent and extremely unreasonable. Had a debt that sat unpaid for two years and wasn’t able to show up to court due to medical issues which resulted in a judgement (which I plan to fight)
