This is an extremely dishonest law firm, they provide very bare minimal services for an excessive fee. I feel I was stolen from. I dealt with Peter Kominek and and Jenny Lynn Staples who is the daughter and son in law of the main lawyers here. They are only out to steal your money, and provide none of the services discussed. I am now out over 2,000 and obtained absolutely nothing of value in return .
They have a VERY nice office.
My overall experience was terrible. It was clear I was my mother’s sole heir but her sister stepped in claiming to be exectutor. Roland Formidoni was a childhood friend of theirs,and sided with my Aunt. At over 50yrs of age,I’m certain my mother felt I could handle her estate . The intial will was Very vaguely written.
