What can’t I say about Leann. She was my partner for a 5 month closing that included mold, difficult attorneys, HVAC issues, and delayed closing. I found Leann through Metlife and I needed someone who could do business in Hoboken. I read some amazing reviews of Leann and she does not dissapoint. Leann took the time to explain all of the clauses, work out backup options and was actively communicating with me throughout the process, ensuring seamless communication during her vacation and during the high stress period of the closing. The closing also required a power of attorney and Leann helped draft that easily. I was able to purchase my home at the time that I needed as well, I specifically needed it to be on Thursday morning and Leann accomodated me perfectly.
