She Wass not a good attorney basically did nothing and right before court decided she wanted more money which after taking over a full year of just trying to get the paperwork work done, where there were several mistakes, wrong names in the original paperwork filed non conformation of delivered paperwork to the other attorney and several other slips I had nothing left. I was barely surviving. She then wanted me to sign paperwork to not have her as my attorney for court. Court was in less than two weeks. The judge said she had to attend and she threw a temper tantrum that she was not getting paid and should not be there. I went to court alone had no legal advice worth having and now my children and I are suffering from her neglect.As soon as I can get enough I will get an attorney that can hopefully do what is best for my children.
My experience took place many years ago. Back in 2011. Thinking back I wanted to give a proper rating to McMahon. I’m a father who is still fighting for the right to see my daughter so if that’s you, I would never recommend McMahon as representation for you. I feel like she was more on the side of the adversary than her own client. She said I had to give something to get something. She recommended that I approve the adversary’s wish to hyphenate my daughter’s name so I did so. I never got anything in return for this but more heartache. McMahon also took some money from my mother at the time to keep me in the loop. I never heard back from her ever again. But I hear she goes on many vacations. . I would not recommend her for anything in my own opinion
The Best thing I could’ve done was hire McMahon & Russell .The entire team is a class act and I’ll be forever grateful for the work they put in throughout my divorce .
