Unfortunately, like another reviewer said, I called with the MetLife Legal Plan as well, was told the process would take about 6 months. That is typical because that is what I saw on everything I researched about Bankruptcy. I paid my court fees April second. I just had them refunded because its now 6 months later and my bankruptcy could have been being wrapped up by now. Also, the communication is subpar.
I came to know about Attorney Richard’s Law Office from my Metlife plan. I was searching for a lawyer to represent us on an a very serious legal matter. The initial phone conversation with him immediately allayed some of my fears and anxieties about our legal problem through his warm, relaxed and comforting tone. His choice of words were also very reassuring. He provided me options to resolve our legal matter and also, assisted in us in deciding the best path to take given our current circumstance. He and his team were very thorough in explaining the next steps and the required documents we need to submit for our case. They were also very understanding and compassionate about the urgency of the actions we need to take and worked past midnight in order to submit our papers to the court on time. I cannot thank Attorney Richard and his team enough for everything they have done to us in a short span of time, given the little time we have left to respond to the matter. I highly recommend their law office!
