David Salvatore is rude and unprofessional in a court room. I was his opponent so naturally he was going to fight for and side with my ex spouse which is to be expected. However, during the hearing whenever my ex or I and sometimes even the judge were trying to speak he would interrupt all of us in the middle of our sentences, even the judge had to tell him to be quiet to let my ex and we finish our sentences. He practically talked to himself for more than 80% of the time. He wouldn’t even let my ex speak his own words and would give him looks to stop talking and then proceed to speak on my ex’s behalf. Even though I have my own reserved feelings towards my ex I thought that was disrespectful to do, let the man speak is on words instead of you trying to coach him or speak words for him. He also lied saying that I qualified for some kind of benefits and when I contacted the Social Security administration they told me that whoever said that provided false information. Either David Salvatore doesn’t know what he’s talking about when he claims certain information or he will purposely try to provide false information to his opponents to essentially waste their time. Prior to the hearing being in contact with him and also Robin wasn’t pleasant. Like I said I understand that lawyers that are hired to represent people with their cases are naturally going to side and fight for them, but they definitely overdo it and are unnecessarily aggressive, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s to try to intimidate their opponents. Naturally, they would also want their opponent to get what’s favorable to them, but they wanted to leave me with nothing while my side was trying to reasonably and civilly negotiate terms that were as even as possible with some being more favorable to me, which like I’ve mentioned before naturally would be the case. There was another comment that was typed in a different review saying that they suspect that these people are in bed with courts which I think is inappropriate and out of line, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they use potential connections to try to win/have their cases favored.
