Last night I called to ask a question a very nice and profesional gentleman took my message because the office was already closed and he didn’t have an answer to my question. He told me someone would get back to me the next day. So this morning my mother called since I hadn’t gotten a call back yet this RUDE lady answered her name is Kim. My mother only speaks Spanish and since the gentleman who I spoke to last night spoke Spanish we figured she could call and would get transferred to someone who spoke Spanish in case this gentleman wasn’t the one who answered the call. So when Kim answered my mother said Spanish please and Kim rudely told her that no one spoke Spanish to not call again and hung up on my mother all my mother wanted was to get information regarding something we need but we’re not sure if they could help or if this was the correct place to call but she didn’t need to be rude when my mother was trying to ask politely if she spoke Spanish so she could let her know the reason for calling. Will definitely not be calling this office again for nothing I feel like because of ppl like Kim is the reason this country is the way it is. We should all be kind and respectful to each other. I understand that maybe she doesn’t speak Spanish but she didn’t need to treat my mother in that way. After my mother called I made a call putting aside what had just happened and Kim was also rude to me she gave me no help and by the way she was answering me seemed like I was bothering her if she’s not happy to answer the phone and people’s questions or concerns then she should work there. Hope she has a change of heart and start treating non English speaking ppl or any other language speaking ppl kindly and with respect she don’t need to be racist and rude.
