Casey Price of Price & Price LLC was fabulous. A friend referred me to him for a matter relating to my father’s Veteran benefit. Mr. Casey helped us with the portion of our matter with which his firm is familiar and referred us to someone excellent to contend with the rest. Mr. Price’s costs were reasonable and fair and he even spent over and above time wrapping up on a few points of confusion after our consultation/appointments. My wife and I met Casey Price to help us make a living trust. We started out with a free consultation that went as long as it needed to make sure we were on the same page (mine was 45 min – hr FREE) and within that meeting I learned a lot about how a trust is done by other firms vs how it should be done, the way Price and Price do it and I couldn’t agree more. It is a little lengthy of a process but they are incredibly thorough in their preliminary digging before they even start with putting pen to paper. Another awesome thing they did was give me a fixed fee arrangement where I knew exactly what it was going to cost for what I was going to get. I personally hate paying open ended hourly rates and like that as long as my SOW didn’t change neither did my price and they held true to that. Overall my wife and I are very satisfied with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to him and his team professionally or to grab a beer with as Casey is not the typical stuffed shirt type person like most lawyers especially in the will and trust line of work which made it a pleasure to be around. I came in looking for a lawyer and walked out with a well respected friend.
I can’t recommend Casey Price enough for medicaid planning and estate planning. Casey is an extremely knowledgable attorney but also has that extra “bedside manner” that many other attorneys often lack. Five stars Casey and the Price and Price team.
