Do not retain this firm. As you can see from many other reviews this firm is fraud and the good reviews are from fake accounts or colleagues. They robbed me for my retainer and did not do any work and now I’m in the process of retrieving my money through the Fee Arbitration Program. I suggest everyone who had issues to look into it. This firm has not responded or communicated with me when they found out I was trying to retrieve my funds.

Brian charged me tens of thousands of dollars, only to file motion after motion til trial and then stated to take the deal. The crazy thing is, we never went through my discovery together. NEVER. I’ve brought it up to him over and over again and he kept stating that he has it covered. Also, when the cross examination occurred, he sent another lawyer to do it for him, which ok as long as they came prepared. And this lawyer comes into court UNPREPARED looking through my discovery and writing notes. Why are you doing it last minute? Completely unacceptable. There’s a lot more I just don’t have the time to allow him to take away from my life. I shouldn’t have paid him upfront because once I paid him he stopped answering my calls and stopped keeping up with my case. You have to understand they are a business. He has other lawyers working for him. They don’t truly care for YOU. They take on so many cases, that you are expendable. This law firm is a total disaster. Save your money and go elsewhere. Go somewhere where they care about YOU personally.
