Working with Bonnie and Jacky from Hanlon Niemann & Wright, was an absolute pleasure. From day one, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout our home-buying journey. Unprofessional. Amy Crank handles the medicaid applications. The amount of time spent “analyzing” is ridiculous. Get out your checkbook. Turnaround and response time was poor. Usually after a few phone calls and an email, you would get a response in about 4-5 weeks typically explaining how busy they are. Recruited HNW to help with our mom’s medicaid application. Unfortunately due to not being able to provide all of the documentation, we could never file. Wish we knew that before I gave them $7,500. At the end when I asked for a refund of a small amount of $600-700, they billed me that day for 3.7 hours… years later… so they didn’t have to refund me. Well they suddenly booked 3.7 hours 2 YEARS later. For what? For sending me a bill. Liars and cheaters. Amy Crank bills like she’s an attorney and she’s a glorified secretary. Sad story over there. Beware.
