Downgrading a TRO to a civil restraining order (which has no real consequences may I add) is not always appropriate for certain client(s) ! This attorney is not accessing the client(s) unacceptable behaviors and personalities so creating a civil restraining order would not be deemed fit especially when the client(s) doesn’t even want to abide with the civil restraining order. Therefore, the civil restraining order gets reverted back to the original TRO !
I absolutely recommend this attorney, he is awesome!! He helped in guiding me through the process and what the next steps would be like. I had a ticket that would have caused two points on my license and he got them to drop it to just a fine instead of having more points added on; which is a relief. I have accumulated 6 points on license over the past 2yrs and i could not afford to have anymore because i definitely need my license.
