A review just doesn’t explain how much this firm has done for me and my family! They deserve appreciation, recognition, and a standing ovation for their service, hard work and dedication to their clients! I, a father of 8 after serving 19 years 7 months for my country. Coming back home in 2017 feeling I was back home but it felt like a foreign country! Policies have changed, the interest of our community in many industries they have lost there ways and ethically they have turned us all into a number! Making it very hard for me to transition back home! I share this sentiment with you all because from the day I met Bryan Gavin I was floored by his attitude, compassion, costumer orientation and his willingness to go above and beyond making my interest his own! So refreshing and mind you when the accident occurred in 2020 I retained a different firm to represent me because I really didn’t know any better, long story short an angel sent by God referred Bryan to me because they didn’t feel I was in the right hands and I was so overwhelmed with the first form that I of course started feeling that if I don’t learn about the lawsuit game I would be taken advantage of! That said, I called Bryan and set a meeting and he actually said don’t worry I will come to you as I was just released from the hospital so I was a bit weak after being on life support for 17 days etc. He came to my house met my family, sat in my kitchen and his transparency was beyond refreshing that I actually felt like I can breathe and just had an amazing energy coming from him! He is a driven young man and boy did he raise the bar beyond my expectations! Better said he became the standard that ensured my soul that it was the right choice! He was thorough, respectful, honest, very knowledgeable and full of integrity! Something that I have yet to meet in a lawyer! He did word for word what he promised not like every other used car salesman! He set himself and his firm aside from the rest! Man he is second to none! He got my family everything he said he would and his Boss Sal man this is the true definition of what they mean when you hear that a team is only as good as there leader! He also interjected himself and his services if Bryan wasn’t around I mean they fully complement each other’s abilities and strengths! Well today I can say that I WON not only did he deliver as promised they became family! I never thought that anyone that wasn’t family would care about me like they have but the important part was that they showed me more than they told me ! They are true guardians and there industry knowledge is remarkable! They will guide you and settle for nothing less than excellence and that lady’s and gentleman makes this firm a cornerstone of their industry! My family and I will finally be able to breathe because if you don’t make the decision I made in retaining this firm you’ll find that your bad dream can turn into a nightmare! I don’t usually do this but here is my number 551/226/2243 because I will forever refer them to everyone and anyone! If you want to be treated like a human instead of a dollar sign!
