Been trying to get touch with Neal Flaster for couple months now and NOTHING. It appears he screens his calls/emails/texts. OK things take time to review but COME ON!! at least have the decency to communicate especially when a family who is grieving mind you, has called the office #/cell # left messages /emailed , even text…MULTIPLE times. This is how your organization runs? LACK OF EMPATHY AND POOR COMMUNICATION. I would not recommend. Get you a lawyer who TRULY cares, is professional, communicates, and doesn’t make up excuses (whether you have a case or not COMMUNICATE that and offer some guidance). Only a TRUE professional would!
