Frank and his brother decided to stop representing me, but didn’t tell me until a month later when I asked for an update on a contract in an email. When they returned the retainer, I tried to deposit the check but my bank returned it saying the account had insufficient funds. I called asking for a new check and a lady started yelling at me saying, “No! No! Absolutely not!” which I didn’t appreciate. I resent the check to my bank and it got deposited the second time, so I don’t know if the issue was on their end or my bank’s, but again the poor communication was disappointing.
Amazing attorneys and staff. They really go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend this team.
