Bergwall and Associates were recommended to me by my real estate agent to buy a house and sell a house. Mr. Bergwall is wonderful for the opposing sides but did not have my best interest. I was given misinformation, including my closing date which left me selling my house with no use and occupancy and buying the other home where they did not have use and occupancy. BUT two things: he did not follow through with the mold in the house I was buying I would have purchased a home with mold BUT I removed the mold in my home for my buyer. The sellers’ lawyer called his office with mold in the house and then the clarity of his errors became apparent and he became verbally abusive. I did not make good decisions with all of the misinformation and verbal assaults. I noticed from the firm’s review they are actually bill collectors. So, I sold my home,now have storage bills and will have two moving bills
